Pregnancy in a good spot?

Any ultrasound techs in here? I went in with spotting and had this ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days to make sure it wasn’t ectopic. She said it wasn’t but didn’t say if it was in a good spot. Can anyone tell bottom from top of the uterus? If bottom of uterus is bottom of this picture, would the pregnancy be a bit low? It looks low to me so I’m kinda worried. I’m not sure where my cervix is in the picture. She didn’t say, just that it wasn’t ectopic and I go back in 2 weeks for a repeat. I didn’t think to ask at the time. Anyone good at figuring out what they’re looking at in these ultrasounds? (Zoomed in we saw a yolk, no baby yet)
