Any weight loss tips?

I’m at my highest weight EVER and I can’t stand it. I lost 60lb while I was pregnant with my girl because I was sick the entire time and couldn’t eat, but I’m going to say that’s not the healthiest way to do this.
Any tips?

I held on to 30lbs for two years after birth. I tried so many things and didn’t even lose 1lb. My doctor ran tests to check my thyroid etc and everything came back normal. She told me I basically needed to eat somewhat paleo to lose weight. So I went strict Keto for four months and lost the 30 lbs. I now maintain a very low sugar/carb eating style...I guess somewhat paleo, and have kept every pound off. The first few days without sugar were hard but it’s been easy since.

Its been a while since we have seen pictures of Olive. She is adorable.
We were at the same point so my husband and I started Weight Watchers about a month ago. I have lost 12 pounds so far and he has lost 16. I love it because I can still eat all foods in moderation.
