Pumping emergency!

I know that I struggle with a low supply. We have to give my baby formula after each breastfeeding session because of it. However, I didn’t realize how bad it was until I went back to work today and pumped instead of breastfeeding. You guys, I pumped for a total of 1 1/2 hours and only managed to get ONE OUNCE. I’m devastated 😩 please give me all your tips and tricks for boosting supply! I was hoping to at least get 4 oz. to give a bottle for daycare, but this is honestly laughable how little I was able to pump. Help!! I’m not ready to stop giving my baby breast milk 😢
