Partial Placenta Previa ?

So when I was 21 weeks I had my Anatomy Scan & the doctor told me placenta was low close by to my cervix and that he would check up on it in a couple weeks and next week will finally be that week .. does any of the mommy had this same problem and there placenta ended up moving to its place or no change at all ? He hasn’t told me anything yet about a C-Section but I’m pretty sure he will right after this ultra sound I’m just really nervous about this

I had a low lying placenta when I went to my anatomy scan at 19 weeks. I just went last week at 29 weeks and got a scan to check that it moved, and it did! The tech said it was 4cm away which is far enough. They did mention the c-section originally because if it’s not far enough from the cervix than that’s really the only option. Fingers crossed for you!🤞🏻

I also have a partial previa, diagnosed at my anatomy scan. It has not moved at all.

Just checked last week and my placenta had moved and we were in the clear! From what I understand they almost always move.

I had a full placenta previa earlier this pregnancy and was put on restrictions (pelvic bed rest, no lifting) and within 3-4 weeks it has moved up completely off my cervix. My ob said that it often moves when it’s earlier because the uterus hasnt stretched too much yet and once it stretches more there’s a lot more room for it to move to. Good luck!

At 21 weeks my placenta was 13mm from the cervix (they want it over 20mm) - follow up US at 28 weeks with placenta 38mm away!  Woot woot!1
