So ladies what if we keep not getting pregnant an thinking an beating ourselves up an it’s not us it’s the guys an there sperm count or sperm period . Like how do we know exactly what the problem is besides going to see a doc .

It took my fiancé and I a year to conceive. I am 20 and he is 24. We are pretty healthY other than him having Type 1 Diabetes and me having Hypothyroidism. 
We took fertility vitamins together. Tracked my ovulation. I would put my legs in the air. We tried everything in the book. We even bought something called The Stork (I won’t go into details about that)
Finally, we both decided it was time to get checked out. My fiancé insisted getting himself checked was a waste of time that nothing was wrong with him. Well, I was fine. My fiancé, on the other hand, went in for a sperm analysis and his sperm count was extremely low due to anabolic steroid use in the past. We got him on Clomid/Clomiphene - he took it for about 60-90 days and we finally got pregnant. Exactly a year from the day we started trying.

The only way to really know if it’s something on his end is to have him get a semen analysis done.
