Workout and eat at a caloric deficit. That’s the two basics you need. Of course you also need to pay attention to what you’re eating as well. make slow and steady changes so instead of let’s say a sub sandwich with traditional bread swap the bread for a lettuce wrap. Choose fruits instead of chips/sweets etc. if you don’t feel comfortable going to a gym there are tons of great workout videos on YouTube. Also, drink lots and lots of water (they say half your body weight in oz.) 
At the end of the day it’s about what works for you..
you’ll have hard days, hard weeks and hard months even but those obstacles won’t stop your progress...just keep on going and you’ll see results.

Find a form of movement you authentically enjoy- for me its walking my dog and yoga. Its not a chore when you genuinely enjoy it! I lost 72 pounds in college and have kept it off for ten years by finding exercise forms I love to do and by learning to cook healthy foods in a way I find delicious.
Also,  a lot of what I see in your inspiration image is how she’s dressed and the angles in the photo. With the right pair of flattering jeans, a confident pose, happy face, she looks like a real goddess. Try out different styles and find out what best flatters YOUR unique body. Super high rise jeans do it for me.
