I’m getting on birth control soon (LOW DOSAGE PILL).. and I have questions ... will my period be weird and not come on time when it’s suppose to come ??

I was on the lowest dose. It took awhile for it to settle. My doctor recommended taking it for 2 months continually then take a break. I didn’t take a break when I started it soo think that was the problem maybe take a break after first month then start into no break for a month. It has been proven that taking a break opens more room for error.

Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding before placebo week) is common with low dose monophasic birth control pills. I actually had to switch birth control pills because I had periods that lasted 2 weeks. I hope that isn't the case for you. Hopefully it works well for you!
