Leg cramps during pregnancy???

last night I had THE WORST leg cramp in my calf in the middle of the night and it hurt so bad! Then later on had another in my right calf not as bad but now they both are killing me! What do i do! This pain is terrible 😩

Point your toes as soon as it starts up. Eat more bananas!

Ive been doing the same thing... doctor told me to drink Gatorade  for the electrolytes  and to also eat bananas  for potassium
