Missed Period, spotted/bled for 6 days, and BFP

I’m curious to know if this has happened to anyone: missed my period on July 31, August 6-12 I spotted/bleed, it cleared on August 13th....no spotting or bleeding since. Took these test this morning.......thoughts please? I don’t see my doc until September 6th. Been feeling fine and experiencing symptoms. According to my last cycle (July 3) I’ll be 7 weeks tomorrow (August 21). Thanks!
