Any cosplayers?

I've been looking at getting into cosplay for a little while, and just wanted to ask a few quick questions. 
What cosplays do you like doing best?
Who has been your favourite character to cosplay as?
Who was the worst to cosplay as?
What have you got in mind for your next cosplay?
Do you make you own costume or buy them? 
Have you ever used cosplay in the bedroom?

I’m relatively new to cosplay, but it’s super fun! 
I cosplay characters who mean something to me/who I resonate with. Makes becoming that character so much more rewarding! My favorites to cosplay have been Kim Possible and Hermione. Harry Potter cosplays are always fun because literally everyone recognizes you instantly.
Worst to cosplay thus far was Princess Bubblegum (Adventure a Time). It was a super windy day at the convention so my wig didn’t hold up well. People still seemed to like it though 🤷‍♀️
I’m working on Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood cosplays!
Never done it in the bedroom...the characters I cosplay are typically young in age & I’d feel awkward doing that & I don’t think my partner would be into it 😂

Hey I saw your post and I have been doing cosplay for about 3 years now. Here are my awnsers to your questions.
1. I like to cosplay the best is Velma or New 52 Batgirl. 
2. My favorite character is Coraline(but I haven't made her)
3. The worst character you could do is Harley Quinn especially Suicide Squad!😡They are everywhere and are mostly badly made. I do a mix of classic and Arkham Harley and people love it.
4. I don't really have a next cosplay at the moment. I have been going through a bit of a rough patch and need a break.
5. I make as much of mine as I can, but sometimes it is just better to buy. I made most of my Batgirls, but I bought an amazing cowl that I would never had been able to make.
6. I don't think I would ever use them in the bedroom. That is just me though😏

I've never done a cosplay of anyone but I really love this post because I want to get into it too. Personally I want to do characters like Loki, black widow, and Hawkeye. Plus some from anime's like L from death note and haruhi from ouran High School host Club plus quiet a few chapters in inuyasha.

I'm pretty open minded with characters when it comes to my cosplays; done everything from anime to Disney to Doctor Who.  I actually did a female version of the 8th Doctor from Doctor Who over the weekend and won first prize in the costume contest. 😊
My favorite probably has to be Belle.  I've had an obsession with Beauty and the Beast ever since I was 4 and my mom (who's a seamstress) offered to make the dress for me.  All the pieces (dress, bow and apron) were made by my mother and the shirt was from a thrift store.

I don't really have a 'worst' cosplay; I've enjoyed all of them to an extent.  But there are some I wish could have been better.  If I can get away with not having to wear a wig, that's a win in my book.  
I try not to have to sew if I can help it.  Mostly because I can bare sew on a button.  Thankfully my mom is willing to sew simple pieces for me and I try to get as much of my cosplays from Goodwill as I can.  And sometimes we've gotten a little creative.  The apron on my Belle dress and the underdress of one of my renaissance festival costumes were both made from curtains purchased at thrift stores.  
As for what's next, I'm going as Elizabeth Bennett from Pride and Prejudice to an upcoming Jane Austen event and I'd love to do one of Rose's outfits from Titanic since I have the 'Heart of the Ocean' necklace

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ i’m a super big fan of cosplay. i love love love doing super hero/villain cosplays because they’re always the most fun to get into character with. i don’t remember all the questions you asked while i’m typing this so i’m just gonna give you a brief history lol. my first cosplay was a diy lara croft because it was relatively simple and i look a lot like her. i tried to make the jump from that to an anime character and that was too much too fast, i still had a lot to learn so i went to princess cosplays and did the live action cinderella which i LOVED. so many more young kids go to cons than you realize and they always come up and ask for pictures or ask for your autograph because they actually think you’re the princess 😭 my last cosplay was harley quinn with my fiancé as the joker and we had the time of our LIVES (and yes we most definitely took that one to the bedroom) my next one will be a pregnant black canary with my fiancé as green arrow for halloween because i will be severely pregnant 😂 that one will be easy and i’ll probably just get most of the cosplay from thrift stores, after that i’m in the process of handmaking my very first cosplay and i’m debating between wonder woman or making a harley quinn/ assassins creed crossover cosplay.
