Best store to buy toddler dress shoes?

I'm not looking for anything expensive because she needs these for a wedding.  They need to be white and the wedding is in October so by the time she'd ever wear them again her feet will be a different size 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Any ideas on where to go to get cute by fairly cheap white dress shoes for a toddler?

I love Mercari. It’s similar to Poshmark. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I’ve gotten from there. You can narrow the search down to condition of items and sizes and such. I don’t like how Poshmark doesn’t do that, and I’ve been disappointed so many times with something I’ve gotten from there.
