I’ve been diagnosed with abnormal NK cells and while it remains very controversial and experimental my dr advised to do intralipid infusion. I got my bfp last week and did one round of intralipid. However, I was only given 4mg which seemed like an extremely small amount. All the videos I’ve watched the women were infused with the entire bag. For all the women who have received intralipid infusion what were your dosage??

And were you prescribed any other medication? I’ve seen that prednisone is frequently prescribed as well but my dr says he does not prescribe to his patients. I’m just worried that he’s not doing everything possible to save my pregnancy and I’ll have to lose another😩
