I have noticed that my LO spits up way less when I allow him to sleep or relax after a feeding than when I burp him. When I do burp him he spits up a ton which is not only frustrating, but counter productive IMO. So I decided to do a little digging on whether burping is really necessary and found these articles and thought I would share!
