Is your baby babbling/ talking?

My baby is 6.5 months and doesn’t look like he’s going to babbling anytime soon 😂

I voted no but he’s screeches as makes random sounds but not intentionally babbling yet 🤷‍♀️

I swear I heard Mamamamammama once or twice, but mostly just sounds like she’s practicing singing opera. We’re a bilingual (English/Russian) household and she’s now going to a daycare where a lot of people speak Spanish so we are prepared to be a little behind there

Yeah. My son started super early at 2 months and we thought he’d be an early talker but nope... only just learning to say Dada. Mostly says bububub and a whole bunch of vowel variant babbling

Yes, but it really just started a couple of weeks ago. He tries out sounds but occasionally says something that’s a real word. Pretty sure it’s completely coincidental when he does that, but it’s so entertaining. And when he says ma-ma-ma-ma-ma I’m just going to pretend there is no coincidence there. 😉

My girl screamed at 4 months and then growled at 5 months. She’s finally starting to make actual ‘babbling-like’ sounds. She says nanana in several variations a lot. She’s 6 months..

Off and on. She’ll do nothing but ba ba ba for a few days and then just back to vowel sounds and yelling. Then back to babbling. She’s very interested in watching people talk though!
