Just lost Virginity some advice please

So I just lost my virginity I’m 22. When we had sex it was just painful and then a little blood the pain went away. When we had sex againI it was like I was on my period and I kept spotting and bleeding a lot way worse then our first time we stopped immediately. To awkwardly admit it feels like I have rug burn in my vag.
