Just a friendly vocab reminder in order to lessen confusion...your CYCLE refers to the first day of bleeding/menstruation until your next day of bleeding. It’s the full 28-32 days from period to ovulation to period again. I see people constantly referring to their bleeding days as their cycle and that’s incorrect. Your period is just one part of your menstrual cycle.
