Swaddling
My Bub is 4 months old and has begun rolling from back to tummy she is swaddled to sleep with arms down. I have been trying to get her out of the swaddle for a few days now but she just won’t sleep.
I’ve tried just having one arm out, having both arms out, no swaddle and also have tried a love to dream swaddle but we always end up back being wrapped.
Don’t know what to do..?! Any tips would be amazing 💕
