What are some helpful hacks or tricks you’ve discovered or been taught that have made your life simpler or more efficient as a parent?

One of my favorites is this: I bought this over the door laundry hamper (I think it was under $10 at Walmart) for my son’s room to save space in his nursery. My original plan was to hang it on the back of the door so that when the door was open it wasn’t really visible. Aesthetically that was perfect, but I realized I only ever thought about doing his laundry when he was asleep so I ended up hanging it on the other side of the door so that when I close his nursery door while he sleeps I can still access his laundry without risking waking him up!
