I never cleaned my tubing with my last child...am I missing something? I thought the instructions said to leave the tubing on the machine and let air run through them. You only need to sanitize of milk gets in them I thought? I keep seeing people post about this here as a negative for the medela.

Am I the only one here? I was going to use my new insurance this time to try the spectra and keep my old Medela at work. Now I’m wondering if I have to buy new parts or what?
