My husband and I want to start ttc!

I am 29 and he is 33 and we know it might take some time.

The only problem is, next September 19 we have a wedding where I am a bridesmaid and next September 26 we have a wedding where he is a groomsman.

It’s my best friend and his best friends weddings a week apart.

We want to give both of our friends weddings the attention they deserve, and would hate to miss them if I was 9 months pregnant or just gave birth.

Both weddings are a few hours out of town.

I don’t want to put our plans for a baby on hold for a couple weddings, assuming we might get pregnant right away.

I also don’t want to assume it will take us a long time to get pregnant...

We were thinking about starting ttc in January, but if we got pregnant right away, the baby would be due in September.

What would you do? Help!
