How lon until my body is normal after an ectopic pregnancy?

I had an ectopic pregnancy about a month ago (I was 6 weeks pregnant) and had to have surgery (they took out my fallopian tube). Now I’m confused, I don’t know when my body will be back to normal. The doctor said the surgery was like a mini-birth, so, he’s not sure about it either. I’m terrified of getting pregnant again, any advice?

I've had 5 lost both tubes as a result.  Your body will be back to normal in one cycle. Give yourself time to heal mentally if so be it.
