Tearing

Did any of you have kids and while giving birth tear? I’m seriously petrified, how did the healing process go and where you still as tight as before... did sex still feel the same after getting past being sore at first. This scares me big time and I’m really hoping I don’t tear or that at least I’m not extremely loose afterward. 😓🥺
