Anxiety and Insomnia
I used to take Xanax and Klonopin for these issues but now my doctor has me on just 1 Klonopin and for bad days when I desperately need. I don’t sleep it’s terrible and my anxiety is just awful.
Has anyone gone through what I have ? Please tell me what you do to get by or if there’s anything I can have my doctor prescribe
