So this topic just came up with a close friend and I offered my best advice but curious to others opinions. Her family member who lives 16 hours away just lost their young son to cancer. Her mom and sisters are loading up and heading there to be with the family. However they mentioned to her maybe it best she stay home as she has a son around the same age. Do you think her son would trigger them and be a bad experience, or would you feel fine to bring him and be around your family during this. I feel there’s nothing that any of them can do and this is such an awful situation, my heart is so broken for the family especially the parents.
