This is my first cycle temping. I do it before I get out of bed. I know you need 3 days of higher temp in order to know you ovulated, but I believe I would have ovulated on the 18th or 19th. My temp went up but went down some this morning. Does this look like I ovulated or did not ovulate? I am wanting to make sure that I am actually ovulating.

Thank you so much for your input and help. We have been trying for awhile and I am just want to make sure that we have a chance.

I am 40 and have a fear I am not ovulating. I hope it's just my mind finding things to worry about.
