How do you get your babies to eat veggies?

And tips or tricks? My son wont eat veggies. 🤣

I use the puree pouches. Or I put a straw in the puree jars 🙄😂

I cook broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in no sodium chicken broth until soft and my son loves it. Also I recently made zucchini pancakes and split pea soup.

Keep trying. Mine goes on and off foods at different points so I continue to offer the foods he’s not currently so keen on alongside others I know he likes. He loves peas and avocado so I will serve peas and sliced avocado alongside sweet potato which he currently isn’t that keen on.
Also try different cooking methods and flavourings- my LO prefers cheesy cauliflower over steamed cauliflower, for example, but prefers steamed carrots over roasted carrots.

Can purée and mix with something sweeter, like yogurt.

Keep offering, takes up to 20 times before they will eat something new! Or mix with fruit for awhile and add less each time. Good luck!

Try offering another way.  My daughter doesn’t love veggie purée but does better with the actual veggie like peas.  She loves peas!

Keep trying. Exposure exposure exposure. Forcing them to eat something can cause more pickiness.

Well keep trying! And mix with fruit. Like broccoli + apple or pear. Each time add less and less fruit. At this point she loves broccoli, butternut squash, beets, carrots and peas. Ok with spinach, sweet potato, zucchini and avocado. Tolerates celery. 
I’m making my own yogurt melts for baby snacking - plain yogurt, spinach, banana (she looooves them). 
Just keep offering and eventually there will be something he’ll like!
