Plan B while nursing

Anyone taken a Plan B while nursing? I took one and now I’m bleeding. I took it over a week ago. I’m just wondering if it would make me start a period when I hadn’t had my first period PP yet. I guess I’m confused because it looks light and pinkish almost like my implantation bleeding looked with both pregnancies.
