Is this what a miscarriage looks like?

I did go see my doctor, she believes it to be a pregnancy sac, they want to do an ultrasound however I have to wait till October as that’s the nearest appointment ( typical nhs) . I’ve also been bleeding for around 20days and since the picture was taken the bleeding has gone lighter but not completely stopped.

IF ANYONE Has experienced anything like this or knows anything which may help, it will be much appreciated as I am really worried.
