I’ve post about this but I have updates and I need advise. I was taking my German Shepard out this morning st 9:30 and he dragged me down the steps (about 4 feet) and I landed on my back and hit my head. I was in a lot of pain. I took migraine pills. They took about an hour to kick in and lasted about 10 minutes. I’m back in the same amount of pain. Plus I just saw I have a knot on my forearm I guess I hit it? I don’t want to go to the hospital. I have an 8 week old but my pain won’t go away. What would you do?
