I took a blood test Monday because I was having issues with my period. Last 2 cycles I thought I had chemical pregnancy’s. I just got online to check my lab results (haven’t spoken to my dr yet but I did leave a message for him to call me back) and I seen this

What does that mean?? Am I pregnant or not? I dont understand the values and I did google it and it said anything over 25 was a positive. But I thought I was having a period this month and last month even though I got faint positives on both tests so I assumed chemical pregnancies. I’m at work right now so I can’t run out and go buy a test right now

*edited to add that for the last 3 days I have been having brown spotting
