HSG results - Blocked tube possibly not blocked at all?

M

I had an HSG done and the results were one clear and one blocked tube. It was found that I also had a (rather large) septum and polyps - all of which were removed. My RE says we can’t be sure that the “blocked” tube is actually blocked - she said the septum/polyps could have blocked the opening, and it is also possible that a spasm occurred which blocked the tube.

That said, has anyone had results from an HSG that a tube was blocked when it actually wasn’t? I think my RE said results can change in 40% of patients if HSG is redone (but it was really early so maybe I heard her wrong 😂).
