So a little back story first, my five year old has always been very helpful and very sweet until about 3 months ago. I homeschool and am currently 26 weeks pregnant. My hormones tend to get all over the place and this is new for me, it wasn't like this with my first two.

So anytime I correct my 5yr old she becomes vengeful. I thought I was paranoid at first and being hormonal but even my SO sees it. If I tell her she has to listen when it comes to her assignments she will blatantly do everything wrong, smirk at me, and then make a shocked face when i correct her and then CONTINUES to mess up her school work or anything she's told to do. 😭😭😭

I hate yelling and she's been grounded a few times already because other punishments don't work. I've taken away toys, I've tried everything i can think of. I need someone else's point of view! Is she lashing out because of the new baby or is this just normal 5yr old behavior.

I can't handle her acting this way, I've tried to talk to her about feelings, I've wondered if she is ADHD like her father or if she just hates me because I tell her what to do so much?

Suggestions PLEEEASE!!!
