wtf is going on with my body

3 days after my period me and my ex had sex with a condom but im not on birth control and he said go get plan b so i did and i took it 4 hours after we had sex. but now 7 days after my period ended i had brown discharge and today its more red then today it looks a bit more red please explain

plan b says its 95% effective if taken in 24 hours which i did

condoms are 85% effective if used correctly
