Premama cleanse

So I was on depo for a total of 6 months which is basically 2 shots. I’ve been off depo for a year in a half I’ve only gotten 2 periods since 04/28-06/03 and 08/01-08/06. During that time my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive with no luck. I’m in my 2ww right now and I’m not sure if we are going to be successful this time but I used the opks to help me figure out when I ovulate after my last period, so if this doesn’t work I was wondering if anyone has used Premama birth control cleanse which is step one and the fertility for her step 2 either together or separate before and if you got a bfp from using them ? I’ve been taking prenatal pills, drink more water and I don’t eat any meat in hopes that it will help also it makes me sick now. Any advice ? Or suggestions my period is due in 11 days but I’m not sure if I’m going to get it and I have a cramp in my left side but idk why . Any answers help
