I asked in the breastfeeding group but didn’t get an answer. Hoping I might have some luck here! I’ve had my period back regularly since about 8 months PP. Son is 19 months now. We were down to only nursing in the morning and night, but him switching into a toddler bed has made him extra clingy and he’s been nursing much more frequently now. Could the increased nursing delay my period? I am now 7 days late, I have had cramps off and on but am not even spotting. I have taken a pregnancy test and it’s negative.
