anyone know how dilated you were after you lost mucus plug?

I know I was 1cm and 50% effaced in Monday, but I lost my mucus plug this afternoon. I am being induced this weekend due to cholestasis, wondering if this will hopefully lead to a smoother induction?

When i lost my mucous plug i went into labor a day later. I was suppose to get induced but i had him naturally

I was 2 but your mucus plug isn’t a cork in your cervix holding baby in. It’s a buildup of discharge way up in the back of the vagina blocking the cervix. It becomes dislodged as your body/cervix starts to create more discharge. But since it’s not a cork, it’s really not an indication of how dilated you are...
