Question about trying to conceive with thyroid issues in your 20s

So I’m 28. Miscarried in March this year. I was put on birth control pills I stopped them because I didn’t feel right taking them plus it didn’t feel natural. So I had my “period” after I stopped and then my vagina felt dry for a week. Per the app I ovulated on a certain date and my period is supposed to come Monday. I’ve been driving myself crazy taking a test twice a day in the morning when I wake up and when I get home from work. They’ve all been negative . It took two cycles for me to have my first pregnancy before I miscarried . Do you think it’ll take me awhile ?? Why am I not pregnant ? Is it because my TSH level is like hyper right now? It’s 0.2
