Birth control help

I will take any advice at this point lol I got my iud taken out on July 31st, my periods were few and far between while on it & I have only had two-ish days of spotting since getting it out. I took two tests last night because I felt off & I got faint positives on both. (From two different urine samples 20 min apart) & I got a negative this morning. We are both so confused :( anyone have any insight? Did I some how get evap likes on both test? Or do we really think there is a chance?
