Possible pregnancy?

Hi everyone. So I’ve been with my boyfriend for about 5.5 years. We’re trying for a baby, I’m as of 9:55pm today, 3 days late. I have been using this amazing app and we made love on my ovulation dates where I’m highest for fertility. My boobs have gotten bigger and are super sore. However I’m anxious that maybe it’s breast cancer bc it’s so high in my family. But doesn’t feel as such, like my boobs hurt all over and my nipples are sensitive to the touch, like a bit painful. Not the symptoms my mother said would be if it was cancer. Fingers are crossed that I’m pregnant. What do I do?!
