Hi. Our master bedroom is located downstairs, while the other three are up. We cosleep with our now three year old, I know too old, but it’s because I’m so nervous about him sleeping or even being upstairs by himself. Like if he wakes up and tried to come down the stairs by himself and fell, I’d feel so bad. :((

But now I’m five months pregnant, and there isn’t going to be enough room for everyone in the same room. Not gonna sleep in the same bed as baby, but will have a bassinet right next to us.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, parents in the same situation, how did you finally let your child sleep in their own room upstairs and how did you make it safe for them?
