Hate to say it buuuuut if it’s a one way street, say no. Stop giving yourself hope that he will do something different, have sex and be disappointed. If this person can’t understand nor try to understand and help your needs, it will tear you apart. It will trickle into other parts of your relationship. Sex is clearly important to you.
