How do you stay calm between doctors visits?! 
I’m 15 weeks with my second baby. I was never this nervous or anxious with my first. HELP!

I bought a home Doppler so I can check on my baby in between visits and reassure myself every time I hear her heartbeat I am 16 weeks 2 days with my second baby and before having both of my rainbow babies I lost babies just lost my last one in March and fell pregnant with this girl in May
