Acid reflux 😩😩
Hi all-
What does everyone take for acid reflux? Currently 32 weeks and miserable from the constant heart burn. I take Tums but they often don’t work late at night. I try not to eat anything at least 2/3 hrs before bed and try to prop myself up!
