Anyone dealing with upper back pain , like shoulder blade area sort of ? It comes and goes and sometimes goes around to the front so maybe has something to do with my ribs 🧐

Agree it’s worth mentioning. I’ve also had some gallbladder issues and it’s a symptom i have sometimes. 
Although with pregnancy, it could also just be that.

I dealt with this my first pregnancy and again with this one. My doctor has explained to me that it is a muscle that’s being pulled now that I’m getting bigger. I’ve noticed on the days I’m on my feet way more (so my belly is pulling me forward and messing w my posture) it’s WAY worse. 
I just try and stand up straight, wear a belly support band around the house sometimes and have my husband massage it out for me are the biggest helps!
I’d def mention it to your doctor tho like the ladies stated above, but unfortunately, I know this pain well. So Im sorry you’re dealing with it too 😫
