Bleeding in early trimester normal ??

*trigger warning* I just found out I’m pregnant, went to the doctors on Tuesday and my hcg levels are a little low so doctors believe I’m early on in my pregnancy since 2 weeks ago the test came back negative , but I just went to go pee and noticed some blood when I wiped and in the toilet there was a bit of blood as well , it was light red/pink and was not a heavy flow and only became more noticeable when I wiped, Ive had some MILD cramping nothing too severe and have still been feeling the typical symptoms like frequent urination and fatigue lately , I go back today for another blood test but I’m wondering if I should maybe come in at an earlier time to be checked ? I’m a little worried , with my daughter I experienced some light spotting in the beginning that was a hemorrhage but it ended up resolving on its own so I’m a little worried ... they also mentioned that they did see a cyst on the ultrasound, is it possible that it could have popped ? Anything similar happen to anyone ? I’m trying to stay calm but I’m freaking out over here
