Hi all! I am 32. I had my first pregnancy at 31 and had a successful, non eventful full term pregnancy. I got pregnant again within a year with identical twin girls. No heartbeat was found in either baby at 20 weeks and they induced labor. (That was in May, 2019) There was no medical reason found for the cause of death. They tested everything. Normal intact placenta, blood flow, no infection. I also have had genetic (Natera) screening on both pregnancies and myself. No chromosomal abnormalities.

I recently got pregnant three months after my miscarriage. My HCG and progesterone were low. At 4 weeks my HCG was 264. With in a week it only went up to 337 and then 428. Started my period shortly thereafter.

I know everyone says not to get fertility screening until after 3 miscarriages but given my age I am wondering if I should go ahead and move forward.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
