Cramping?

I 100% feel like I could start my period. The cramps feel the exact same. It’s due in 2 days, but I got my BFP on a ClearBlue digital. 
Has anyone else had this and stayed pregnant?

Yep, I got it too. Mild cramps that felt like menstruation pain starting in the week before my positive test.
I’m 6,5 weeks now, and I have cramps now that can be quite heavy, sometimes with back pain. While typing this, I’m on the toilet again in the middle of the night (the position makes it ‘better’), barely one hour after the previous one. Midwife told me it’s nothing to worry about as long as there’s no blood (it’s most likely stretching pain because my uterus is growing), but I’m getting really sick and tired of these cramps. They’ve been this heavy for over a week now. I get them a few times a day, and in the middle of the night. This time there are two nightly episodes. I’m exhausted, because it takes some time to fall asleep again. I’m also wondering how on earth I’m gonna able to deliver a baby, since I already can’t handle these cramps very well. 😶
