Subchorionic Hemorrhage??

Noticed this on the paperwork of my last scan that my fertility dr gave me to give my obgyn.. I will be asking at my appt next week but wondering if anyone else had one of these? They put the size as 12x14mm and didn’t mention anything. I have to like draw it out of them for info on my cysts and if they’re getting smaller, which they are. Nervous about this hemorrhage near my baby though 😣 I’m guessing it’s okay since they said everything was great though ..
