Feeling good with my weight loss despite others discouraging me, and I have less than 20 lbs to go!!!

When I got pregnant I weighed 185 lbs (already a little overweight) and right before I had my son, my pregnancy weight put me at 225 lbs!!!! Since I had my son January 25th of this year, I have completely changed the way I eat, and as of this morning I am down to 172lbs!!!! A whole 13 pounds LESS than my pre-pregnancy weight!!! I am feeling so proud of myself for actually sticking to this when everyone around me has been encouraging me to “just get Wendy’s, one time won’t hurt”, or “Good grief, just eat the donut, Miss lettuce wrap!” It’s been so hard, but I’m so glad I have stuck with it. My end goal is to get to 155lbs, which is considered healthy for my height, and I think I should be able to reach that goal by the end of this year! Trust me ladies, if I can conquer my unhealthy relationship with food, you can too!!! ☺️
