Rash on baby boy?

Does anyone know what this rash could be? My little boys 8 week old and I’ve just noticed this rash. Thanks in advance

Mine has the same thing his is a heat rash it’s been so humid and hot here lately. But I put clothes on him when we go out in public because you never who maybe looking at him in that sort of way.
